Brookhaven Experiment developers found new VR studio

The two developers of The Brookhaven Experiment have founded a new studio focusing on virtual reality.

Newsbrief: Jeremy Chapman and Steve Bowler, the Chicago-based developers behind the HTC Vive horror title The Brookhaven Experiment have founded a new company called CloudGate Studio that will focus on virtual reality development.

Mike Fischer, a former Epic Games and Square Enix executive, has signed on with Chapman and Bowler as the company's third founder.

The studio's first game, Island 359, is a dinosaur-hunting adventure set to launch on the HTC Vive via Steam Early Access this summer.

The Brookhaven Experiment has been widely praised for being one of the strongest horror games currently playable on the HTC Vive, and may indicate a strong start for the newly founded studio.
