Artists create/destroy etc. Programmers code, which is (mostly) a form of science. Designers make plans, and thus are the nexus of game development. Every1 else is support. No less/more important than the above 3 categories.

Some ppl just need more money because that's just how it is until LSD (Libertarian, Socialist, Democracies) take effect (gradually) in this modern world.

 

So, if u a "Indie" thinkin bout trippin yoself back up to AAA, remember to count on your support staff, to aid you in that path.

That's all i  got for now, i'm tired. Comment freeely i may not read your comments for a few monthgs, or maybe even longer. Spotlight or no, this post will reach those who need to see it. 

Anyway Game "industry" good luck. Games are neither art, nor science, but rather an amalgation of the two. World Peace.
