Experience with the Unreal engine workflow

Proactive in researching new technologies and available new tools

Strong knowledge of shader and rendering technique

3D math knowledge (linear algebra and  vector math)

Ability to design, author and maintain tools used in the production pipeline

Knowledge of 3DS Max, Photoshop and all common creation software

Problem solving mentality

Knowledge of scripting languages

Good knowledge of optimisation and performance processes

Good art background and art skills

Good communication and written skills

Strong passion for gaming is a must

Be a positive, active, and contributing team player

Ability to work productively and effectively with the Art team, the Art Producer and Art Director and to communicate effectively with the other disciplines on the team in a technical and creative level
