Warner Brothers Games has issued a statement regarding what appear to be several large game-affecting bugs around Batman: Arkham Origins's gameplay on multiple platforms. The statement, which has been posted to the game's official forums by a community manager, lists off several high-priority issues including player characters falling out of the world, inability to resume saved campaigns, ongoing crashing and freezes, and save file corruption. A patch for a PC-specific bug, fixing a progression gate in a particular level, has already gone live. WB Games said that a software update to the patch falls, continue bugs and an unlockable combat mode -- three issues that were endemic across platforms -- would be distributed "within the next week." Two additional issues specific to the Xbox 360 version of the game have not yet been isolated and will apparently extra time to patch. "We believe we know what is causing these issues and need a few more days to validate before pushing this patch through," stated WB Games.
