Honkai Impact 3rd to Launch v6.7 [Straying Stars] on June 29

Singapore, JUN 23, 2023 — The Honkai Impact 3rd team announces today that the action title is releasing the new version Straying Stars on JUN 29, bringing in the new SP battlesuit Sugary Starburst, new Story Chapter XXXVIII, and new version events. Besides, as summer is fast approaching, refreshing new outfits for Herrschers of Origin, Finality, and Truth, as well as the rerun for other 16 popular summer outfits are also coming along with the version update!

For Captains in the Southeast Asia region, something big is coming - HoYo FEST 2023 is on its way! Starting from July, HoYoverse will bring the fantastic online and local events of HoYo FEST to everyone everywhere! Honkai Impact 3rd is set in a modern world corrupted by mysterious energy known as Honkai. A tenacious resistance formed by Valkyries, brave girls carrying anti-Honkai genes, leads humanity in a war of survival and fights for everything that is beautiful in the world. Since its launch on mobile devices, the game has won an international following and frequently topped App Store's and Google Play's download charts. The game was ported to PC in late 2019 with cross-save support, and is also available on the Epic Games Store now, making the Honkai-verse more accessible than ever!
 
In the upcoming version, Shigure Kira's background story will be gradually revealed. From Squad Snowwolf to Salt Snow Holy City, she has been through a lot of thrilling adventures, taking on multiple different roles, but what has never changed is her dream to become an idol! Shigure Kira's new SP battlesuit Sugary Starburst is a MECH-type Ice DMG dealer. Moving with grace and agility, she also sprays Shiny Sugarcoating all over when she enters by QTE or casts her Ultimate! She fights using pistols, deals high DMG, and at the same time provides combat buffs to teammates whether she's on the battlefield or not. Shigure Kira's Basic ATK has her perform a 5-sequence combo with agility, and what's more, she can also enter sniping mode by releasing her Ultimate to fire 3 bullets in a row and hit enemies with accuracy repeatedly. She is no doubt an elite fighter and a trustworthy team player in battle!
 
As for the new version's main story, "Something that's happened once... is no miracle". At the end of the previous chapter, the two Seeles were finally reunited by a seemingly miraculous stroke of luck. However, the connection between the two Seeles is no mere coincidence, but a concrete manifestation of the bubble universe's background rules differing from those of the real world. In Story Chapter XXXVIII, this difference will present significant challenges to our protagonists and even lead them closer to realizing who their true enemy is. The darker truth lies beneath the surface, waiting for Captains to find out...
 
Once v6.7 is released, the version event ☆Perfect Performance☆ will go online as well. It looks like Shigure Kira is putting on a huge concert, (though her singing skills still need some improvement). After assisting Shigure Kira in completing her Starguide Tour, Captains can get Starlight Glow Sticks, which can be used to boost stage preparation progress and grant combat buffs. Captains can also recruit 6 fan club members one by one to cheer Kira on. But each member will have an exclusive trial to be completed before you can recruit them. For instance, Durandal's trial is a race, which is totally in line with her devotion to training, while Senti's trial will have Captains try out a new game mode. Participate in different modes to earn tokens and exchange for bountiful bonuses!
 
As for the new outfits for Valkyries, first up is Herrscher of Finality's new outfit Selenic Ripples. It showcases the summer vibe with a light blue and black-and-white color scheme, and her Ultimate features a school of fish and trailing fishtails instead of wings. Herrscher of Truth's new outfit Seaside Vibes includes a pleated skirt and lacework with a watery-blue color, while also incorporating flower petals and HOMU as secondary elements. It perfectly showcases Bronya's girlish charm. In addition, Herrscher of Origin's new outfit Crooning Tides is also worth exploring, with a look that focuses on Mei's silhouette, embodying her calm persona.
 
The v6.7 update will be released on iOS, Android, and PC on JUN 29, 2023. Amazing characters, fun events, and bountiful rewards will all be available by then!
