Farming Simulator 22 vanaf vandaag verkrijgbaar

Farming Simulator 22 is nu verkrijgbaar voor pc en consoles. Ontwikkelaar en uitgever GIANTS Software heeft de grootste, meest uitgebreide boerderijsimulator ooit gemaakt, inclusief een schat aan nieuwe features - van productielijnen die landbouwimperiums snel laten groeien tot crossplay-multiplayer. De lanceringstrailer vertelt een emotioneel verhaal over een beginnende nieuwe boer.

Boerderijen worden groter - net als de serie
Farming Simulator 22 verbetert de landbouwervaring in alle facetten: wisselende seizoenen zorgen voor nieuwe (besneeuwde) uitdagingen, productieketens garanderen meer diepgang en nieuwe grondbewerkingsmethodes zorgen voor meer agrarische diversiteit, terwijl spelers dankzij het verbeterde geluidsontwerp helemaal op kunnen gaan in de ervaring.

Gloednieuwe manieren om je boerderij te bouwen en personages te maken bieden spelers meer creatieve vrijheid dan ooit op drie verschillende maps, geïnspireerd door Zuid-Frankrijk, het Midwesten van de VS en het Europese Alpengebied. Alle soorten boeren kunnen hun favoriete landschap kiezen om er hun boerderij te bouwen en zich verdiepen in landbouw, bosbouw en veeteelt. Daarbij bepalen spelers zelf of ze zich richten op de grote verscheidenheid aan gewassen of liever dieren houden, zoals koeien, schapen, kippen, varkens, paarden en zelfs bijen. Dankzij de cross-platform multiplayer is het makkelijker dan ooit om samen te werken met andere spelers.
 
Met meer dan 400 getrouw nagemaakte voertuigen en apparaten van merken als Case IH, CLAAS, Fendt, John Deere, Massey Ferguson, New Holland, Valtra en vele andere, is het aanbod aan landbouwmachines ook gegroeid, inclusief nieuwe categorieën waarmee boeren weelderige wijngaarden en olijfboomgaarden kunnen maken. Druiven, olijven en sorghum zijn toegevoegd aan de gewassen.

GIANTS Software heeft ook de technische basis verbeterd. De nieuwe GIANTS Engine 9 biedt DirectX 12, NVIDIA DLSS-ondersteuning, texture-streaming en nog veel meer om graphics en prestaties op alle platformen te optimaliseren. Daarnaast is er de officiële mod-ondersteuning, voor zowel pc als consoles. Net als bij eerdere versies testen de ontwikkelaars zelf de door gebruikers gemaakte content, om die vervolgens gratis te publiceren op de in-game ModHub.

Farming Simulator 22 is nu verkrijgbaar voor PC, PlayStation®5 (PS5™), Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation®4, Xbox One en Stadia. Daarnaast is er een Year 1 Season Pass beschikbaar die de game in de toekomst zal uitbreiden met nog meer content.
