January 25, 2024 - Hooded Horse is beyond pleased to share even more accolades for Eremite Games’ hit roguelike city-builder Against the Storm as the game wins the “Best Design” award at this year’s Taipei Game Show Indie Game Award. This follows on from its recent nomination for “Strategy/Simulation Game of the Year” at the upcoming D.I.C.E. Awards in Las Vegas. 

Fans heading to Taipei for the show can head to Hall 1, Booth No. A24 in the TaiNEX (Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center) to check out demos for several Hooded Horse games, including Against the Storm, Breachway, Sons of Valhalla, and MinMax Games’ Scottish-themed colony builder Clanfolk, which was a finalist for the “Best Design” award as well.

Against the Storm is available now for PC via SteamGOGEpic Games Store, and PC Game Pass for $29.99 / £24.99 / €29.99 / ¥3,980. It currently holds a 95% “Overwhelmingly Positive” rating on Steam with nearly 20,000 reviews. A press kit is available.
