Titles under development for Gotham Games include Conflict: Desert Storm, Serious Sam for the Xbox, Celebrity Deathmatch, and Austin Powers Pinball for the PSX. In outlining the differences between Gotham and Take-Two's other two labels, Rockstar and Gathering of Developers, CEO Kelly Sumner stated, "Take-Two's goal is for Gotham Games to become a sought-after label associated with products for the mass market, just as Rockstar Games has created a commanding position in the creation of revolutionary new intellectual property, and Gathering of Developers is a well-known premium label for the PC market." Take-Two promoted Jamie Leece, the company's former VP of Publishing and Business Development, to head up New York-based Gotham Games.
