Microsoft has announced that its next regular Xbox Live Arcade update will see the addition of an original match-3/rhythm title Go! Go! Break Steady as well as Capcom shooter 1942: Joint Strike. The first title from Vancouver-based developer Little Boy Games, publisher Microsoft says Go! Go! Break Steady will feature "an original style combining rhythmic beat-matching with match-3 style puzzle game play" with multiplayer cooperative and versus play, and 20 different songs in a variety of genres for your character to break dance to. Developed by Backbone Entertainment, Capcom's and 1942: Joint Strike promises classic top-down vertical shooting with updated 3D HD graphics inspired by the publisher's original arcade title, with a new feature to take on a "wing man" either locally or via Xbox Live to "pull off new 'Joint Strike' attacks, combining the powers of both aircraft in one explosive barrage." Both titles will be released at a price point of 800 Microsoft Points ($10).
