Take Two Acquires Techcorp Ltd.

Take Two Interactive has acquired Techcorp Ltd., a maker of computer and videogame accessories based in Hong Kong.

Techcorp has been the principal accessory supplier to Take Two's worldwide accessory business. Take Two expected the acquisition to strengthen its European market share and increase the profitability of its North American accessory business. Techcorp currently makes accessories for Playstation, Playstation 2, Game Boy, Game Boy Advance, Xbox, and PCs.
