Today's consumer round-up includes some Myst-ical art, Sony's minting of fresh Greatest Hits, and some Doom-related demo and patch news. - UbiSoft has revealed that an exhibition of Myst-related game art will be showcased at the Dali Universe Museum, County Hall Gallery, London, from the 17th-19th September, including sketches and other elements used to construct the game series. The event has been set up to help promote the forthcoming Myst IV: Revelation. - SCEA has announced five new PlayStation 2 titles for its budget-priced Greatest Hits line in the United States. The previously full-price games include Jak II, Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando, SOCOM II: U.S. Navy SEALs, Rise to Honor, and ATV Offroad Fury 2. A title must sell more than 400,000 copies to be eligible for Greatest Hits status, and these games now retail for $19.99. - Courtesy of id programmer Robert Duffy, there's news that the 3-level, single player demo to already-released PC first-person shooter Doom 3 is "coming in a few days", and is currently undergoing QA testing. In addition, a version 1.05 patch for the full game, including stability, network and other fixes, is available for Beta testing from several online locations, and will be available for general release shortly.
