After delivering the Spirit of St Louis mission, we had some time to put towards general development work rather than having everyone focused on one mission. During this time, I was able to knock out some interesting race mechanics and multiplayer functionality for Missions 8 and 9. We also took care of some QA for Mission 7 as Pete had gotten a lot of distance on that front.
As it turned out, converting for multiplayer was certainly easier than what I had thought it would have been. Throughout the rest of the week, I worked with Tom to figure out a few of the racing functionalities that he would need.
