In the upcoming film Us And The Game Industry(2012) some game developers, all who are working as independents at a range of production house sizes and scales, put the principles of aesthetics to the fore.  None of the ideas introduced may be in the film cut. However, what became published work in 2011 drew upon our attention. One game from Jason Rohrer was,Inside a Star Filled Sky. Further, what is anticipated in early 2012 is JOURNEY by thatgamecompany. The film, Us And The Game Industry(2012) has followed the build of JOURNEY over almost two years. We shall see if the blueprint became a white-print in the  process of  commitment by the TGC company to deliver excellence
