Microsoft will begin testing xCloud game streaming in major new territories including Australia, Brazil, Japan, and Mexico later this month.

As detailed on the Xbox blog, the company will launch the Project xCloud Preview program in all four regions on November 18 with a view to testing the service and gathering feedback.

The streaming platform has already launched in other markets like the U.S. and Europe as part of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, allowing users to stream supported titles on a variety of hardware including Android phones and tablets.

Microsoft explained it hopes to launch xCloud in each new territory by 2021, and that the preview program is an "important step" towards achieving that goal.

Those interested can find out more about the preview program, including how to participate, over on the Xbox blog.
