The latest Super Smash Bros. for the Nintendo 3DS launched in Japan over the weekend -- and Nintendo says that the game has already sold more than 1 million copies. This figure includes both retail and download sales, says the company. Nintendo notes that over 1 million copies of the game have been shipped to retail stores. Super Smash Bros. for 3DS is one of a handful of 3DS games that have sold more than 1 million in their first week -- other titles that have managed it include Monster Hunter 4 and Pokemon X & Y. This latest Super Smash Bros. title is also due to launch on the Nintendo Wii U at some point in the coming months, although Nintendo hasn't yet specified when.
