Gameshastra Takes Red Herring Global 100 Award

Video game QA outsourcing firm Gameshastra has announced that it has won a Red Herring 100 Global Award for "outstanding achievements and excellence in providing leading edge Game Development, Game Art and Game Testing services."

Video game QA outsourcing firm Gameshastra has announced that it has won a Red Herring 100 Global Award for "outstanding achievements and excellence in providing leading edge Game Development, Game Art and Game Testing services." The company says that the Red Herring team chose the 100 winners from a pool of 1800 eligible companies, based on "both quantitative and qualitative criteria such as financial performance, innovation, management, global strategy, and ecosystem integration." Gameshastra, which recently announced a new expansion and licensed Etch a Sketch game, has been involved in game testing and related services for over two years. According to company officials the company has in this time handled the testing of numerous games for leading publishers and development houses globally. Said Gameshastra CEO Prakash Ahuja, “Winning the prestigious Red Herring 'Asia 100' followed by 'Global 100' award in quick succession is truly gratifying.”
