Gamasutra's regular round-up of worldwide video game releases, "Release This!", takes a look at every game title we know to be shipping to stores this week, in a custom compiled list. This week brings Sony's Starhawk to retailers worldwide, while digital highlights include Monster World IV and Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition. The following list covers all of the game software we know to be available -- across all platforms and regions -- for the week ending May 12th, 2012. Games Released in the United States: LightBox Interactive's Starhawk headlines an otherwise uneventful retail release week in North America. A spiritual follow-up to the 2007 multiplayer shooter Warhawk, Starhawk features a single-player, RTS-like story mode in addition to online battles that support up to 32 simultaneous players. Standout digital releases include an Xbox 360 port of Mojang's Minecraft, Plastic's PlayStation Move-enhanced interactive story Datura, and a long-awaited localization for West One's 1994 2D platformer Monster World IV, set to hit the Wii's Virtual Console.
