Me and my crew at Liberation Studios are currently in the preproduction stages of our first game entitled "Two Little Cities". It is an rts game that focuses on strategy and humor. I feel that a high majority of strategy games these days are to focused and stats and numbers. I find that a game and even a company can be successful and fun without taking itself way to seriously. I myself, Andrew L McDonald (Lead designer/ceo) am currently working on game mechanics and things along those line. I should have models and such up within the next month. I plan on this project lasting anywhere from 6 months to a year. We are a beginner company and are just focusing on doing the best we can. I will be posting these blogs on a weekly basis telling all you beautiful people on gamsutra abouy the progression of this game. It might work and it might fail, either way we are going to do our best to make the best and produce something high quality.
That is what Liberation studios stands for.
We are about liberating society from the bondaries of it's initial blueprints and thinking outside of the box. Basically we are about liberating your mind from the persons concieved limits of his mind, and exposing their mind to all possible limits of it.
