War for the Seas Takes Mobile Gamers to The High Seas

War for the Seas is an upcoming open world RPG/SLG title, where the player takes on the role of a seafarer. War of the Seas involves winning naval battles, exploring strange new lands in search of treasure, romancing beautiful maidens, creating mercantile empires, and even turning bounty hunter or privateer, in order to hunt fellow pirates. When navigating the map, the players can gain a feel for the real-world locations that they can visit, with beautiful ports in America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East that reflect the architecture of the area.

In War for the Seas, the player can own and customize fleets of ships. They control their ships in real-time naval battles, allowing them to evade enemy fire, while counter-attacking with their own barrage of cannon balls, or even charging in with the ram. It’s not all about battles in War for the Seas, as the player can become a merchant. The player can trade in over 100 ports and even invest money in their favourite ports, allowing them to earn wealth beyond their wildest dreams. It’s also possible for a group to form a Chamber of Commerce, in order to better organize their trade empire. The seafarers who wish to eschew combat and coin can go exploring, and seek out rare treasures in real-world locations that have been recreated in 3D, such as the Egyptian Pyramids and Stonehenge. War for the Seas also lets players romance the many ladies they encounter on their voyage, by showering them with gifts and taking them on dates in your ship.

War for the Seas is set during the Golden Age of Piracy when pirates like Anne Bonny and Blackbeard roamed the open waters. It was a time in history when the fate of nations was carried in ships and their crew, and War for the Seas gives players the chance to forge their own destiny on the water. All they need to do is raise the black flag and set out to sea.
