Ubisoft Launches “Develop at Ubisoft" Mentorship Program
Applications Are Now Open for Women and Non-binary Individuals Beginning their Career in Video Games

Ubisoft | Today, Ubisoft announced the launch of Develop at Ubisoft, a unique mentorship opportunity for women and non-binary individuals with the goal of enabling participants to develop their skills in either Programming or Game Design.
The program aims to help women and non-binary individuals who are passionate about video games accelerate their careers, providing them with specialized training and mentorship from members of Ubisoft’s talented teams worldwide. Develop at Ubisoft offers two tracks – Programming and Game Design – and is available in 20 of Ubisoft’s studios.
“I’m enthusiastic about the potential of Develop at Ubisoft to empower women and non-binary individuals to begin their journey in the gaming industry. This initiative will help foster an inclusive and supportive environment not just at Ubisoft but in our industry, one that values everyone's unique perspectives and talents, regardless of gender,” said Guillemette Picard, Senior Vice President of Production Technology at Ubisoft and the program's sponsor.
Applications for the program will be open from September 18 to October 1, 2023, through the Ubisoft.com career site. To be eligible, candidates must be at least 18 years old, identify as women or non-binary, and be students or graduates with less than two years of professional experience.
