10 NOV 2021 - Developer and publisher Marmalade Game Studio is delighted to announce the launch of the first official digital version of Taboo ever to be made for mobile devices, with in-game video chat.


Developed especially for iOS and Android, the beloved word guessing game from Hersch joins Marmalade's top selling digital editions of classic Hasbro board games.


The physical Taboo game is already a firm favourite at parties around the world. Breaking the ice and testing friendships, the game splits a group into two teams for inevitably loud and hilarious entertainment. Your team must scramble to guess what’s written on the card, without the “clue giver” using the word itself or five other taboo words listed on the card.


With Marmalade's new mobile edition you can take the noisy fun with you anywhere. Team up with friends for in-person action using Local Party Mode, or take the party online with in-game high-quality video chat for up to 6 players.


Matching the original table top edition, Taboo comes with all the original prompt cards fans have come to expect, and for more specialised content, there are exciting themed decks available in-app.
