Swords ‘n Magic and Stuff is a casual, open-world RPG centered around the joy of discovery. It was built with cooperative online multiplayer in mind, though it plays just as well as a single player experience. (Think Skyrim Together, if you’ve ever come across it). You play a blank slate adventurer just waiting for you to carve out a destiny for them. With no classes, character levels or real restrictions, you can be whoever you want to be, use whatever weapons and items you can buy, craft or loot, and play however you wish. In Swords 'n Magic and Stuff, you play at your own pace with no hand-holding.

We had a super successful Kickstarter at the beginning of last year and a successful early access launch in September of 2020 that helped us develop this project into our dream game.

With over 50 hours of content and tons of hidden items and secrets, you'll have plenty to discover in this casual, cooperative, open world RPG.

The Farm ‘n Forge update, which launched July 22nd 2021, brings several new systems to the core gameplay loop. Farming, cooking, blacksmithing, carpentry and tailoring are all mechanics that you’ll love if you’re a fan of life-sim elements in RPGs.

For the first time, this update also brings access to the mainland of Tirawyn. Once you help repair the ferry, it’ll run on a schedule so you can hop on when you hear the bell and catch a ride across to the rolling fields of the Farmlands so you can explore all the new content Tirwayn has to offer.

On top of this, the update introduces new mechanics, quests, more than 500 new items, enemies, and much more. The update is so jam packed, you might even say it’s a completely different game from when we launched in September.

The Witch’s Eve update, which launched October 19th 2021, brought our Halloween event back from 2020 with new additions. This year we’ve included Halloween specific furniture, food, recipes, and new weapons. The Witch’s Eve event was a limited-time update, but this update also introduced a new permanent area, Grimwick Graveyard, into East Windless Woods along with the first official boss fight of the game. Alchemy made its way into the game starting in Sleepy Haven, the main town in Windless Woods.

The Frostfall update, launching December 22nd 2021, will bring back our remote Snowpeak Village off the coast of Northest North. Players will be able to visit through a portal and experience the cozy village, fighting off the marshmallow-stealing snowmen and waking the fierce ice golem. Included in this year’s update is a huge update to the animal companion system. The animal companions can now be managed through the stable, can gain experience, level up and can be healed with biscuits and treats. They now have better pathing and AI, are revivable and more. New for this year, with both holiday and non-holiday, are furniture items, food recipes, and houses. Furniture items like armoires and dressers, have been upgraded to actually store items. Display cases, weapon racks, dishes, and more have been added to now hold items to show them off in your houses. The possibilities are endless.
