Bloomington, MN – July 3, 2022 – Summer Games Done Quick (SGDQ) 2022 has ended its week-long 24-hour speedrunning marathon, raising a total of $3.01 million raised for Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières. The event was held June 26-July 3 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bloomington - Minneapolis South – the first in-person GDQ event since Awesome Games Done Quick 2020 in Orlando, FL – and was also broadcast on Games Done Quick’s Twitch channel.

Every run from SGDQ 2022 can be found archived on the Games Done Quick YouTube channel.

Games Done Quick has now raised more than $40 million for charities around the world since their founding in 2010, including Doctors Without Borders, Prevent Cancer Foundation, Malala Fund, Organization for Autism Research, and CARE.

The next Games Done Quick event will be Flame Fatales, an all-women speedrunning showcase taking place online August 21-27
