GUANGZHOU, CHINA, April 1, 2022 — MuMu Player has launched its newest test version of MuMu Player 11 (Beta) — the world’s first Android 11-based emulator — with better performance, more stable operations, and increased compatibility with mobile games.

MuMu Player, backed by Chinese tech giant NetEase Games, is free software that emulates Android devices so players can run various mobile games and apps on a PC. The emulator ensures stability, high control sensitivity, high-quality graphics, and optimized frame rates for a smoother performance with popular mobile games, even for low-end PCs — making it the best PC mobile game emulator. The versions MuMu Player has released so far include: MuMu Player (Android 6), MuMu Nebula (designed for low-end PCs), and MuMu Player 9 (Beta).

The first Android 11 emulator for PC
At present, most Android emulators only support the Android 7 or Android 9 models. MuMu Player 11 (Beta) is the first emulator on the market to support Android 11, which has built upon earlier Android models and added features to ensure user security as well as increased transparency and control. Based on this upgrade, MuMu Player 11 (Beta) also ensures better users privacy and device security.

With the support of the Android 11 system, this new beta version overcomes issues of low-end devices failing to install games/apps so that users can enjoy the latest and most popular games.

More stable performance with low memory settings
Though the relatively new Android 11 system takes up more storage, MuMu Player 11 (Beta) can smoothly run large-scale games with only a small amount of memory. The new emulator has been greatly optimized for low-end computers. Unlike other emulators, MuMu Player 11 (Beta) only requires 1GB of memory to run large-scale games. Users no longer need to worry about delays caused by the emulator taking up too much memory.

Vulkan support to run more games

Another highlight of this new version is that it is the first Android emulator to support Vulkan, the low-overhead, cross-platform API open standard for 3D graphics and computing. To put it simply, Vulkan is the next generation of graphics processing interface, better utilizing mobile phone functions and greatly improving game frame rate stability while reducing CPU overhead — proving useful for hardware-heavy games.

High frame rates of up to 120 FPS

Since frame rates affect both game performance and experience, MuMu Player 11 (Beta) has optimized frame rates for large-scale games, supporting up to 120 FPS. Users can benefit from image quality optimization, which is displayed on the emulator window, with clearer graphics because of this version’s 15% frame rate increase over the previous version. For those playing competitive fast-paced shooters, MuMu’s high FPS will make for a much more immersive and authentic game, allowing players to be in the thick of battle and make it out on top.

MuMu Player 11 (Beta) is currently available to test and comes with a wide array of handy functions such as screen recording, keyboard/mouse troubleshooting, and more. With all the stability and convenience MuMu has to offer, a more immersive mobile game experience is just around the corner. Install MuMu Player 11 (Beta) for free today to explore the latest Android 11 games — and choose your way to play!
