Shanghai, China - April 21st, 2022 - XD Inc. has just released its biggest update yet for T3 Arena, a fast-paced hero shooter that launched on Android last month in early access. Players will have the chance to enter the arena as two new characters, Hunter and Judex. Reimagined maps and new game modes have also been added, giving players a sneak peek into XD’s future plans for the title.
Hunter and Judex have both introduced new hero mechanics into T3 Arena’s fast-paced gameplay. For example, Hunter’s burst-fire rifle brings classic shooter mechanics into the game for the first time. With his ability to quickly knockback an enemy, Hunter provides a new set of gameplay dynamics in both short and long range situations.
Veteran T3 Arena players and newcomers can also dive into several reimagined maps with new vibrant visuals that pop off the screen. The developers have also shared that these maps are connected to the T3 Arena lore, which more will be revealed at a later date.
Players can get a sneak peek at new modes by visiting The Lab, with the first new mode being Payload Escort. New modes and features will be balanced and improved over time. Progress from these matches will have minor impacts on trophy progression, but players can continue their Season Pass progression through The Lab.
More updates are expected in the future as T3 Arena launches on the App Store on May 26th. For more information, players can follow the game on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. The press kit can be found here.
