BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America Inc. released a new Story Demo for SCARLET NEXUS, allowing players to experience the opening parts of the game’s highly acclaimed story for free. New players can enjoy up to Phase 2 of the action RPG, and those who play the demo will also be able to transfer their progress to the full game upon purchase.
 
Moreover, a variety of main-game bonuses* are available for those who complete the Story Demo:

 
*The above plug-in attachments are also available in the full version as players progress through the game. Players who have already retrieved these items in the “Demo Edition” of SCARLET NEXUS cannot receive these bonuses.

SCARLET NEXUS recently received its Free Update Version 1.08 on all platforms, which introduces a new “Very Easy” difficulty setting. Released on June 25, 2021, SCARLET NEXUS challenges players to take on the role of Yuito Sumeragi or Kasane Randall as they team up with a colorful cast of characters to strike down the deranged mutants known as the Others with powerful psycho-kinetic abilities in the futuristic city of New Himuka.
