Wrocław, Poland — May 5, 2022 — From now, every player that owns the Standard Edition of Dying Light has their copy automatically upgraded to the Enhanced Edition. To download the additional content players should launch Dying Light and from the menu choose the option “DLC Packs” and download all their new content. If you have never played The Following before, now is the best time to try it for free!

 
 If you own the base Dying Light game, now you’ll also get:
 

  • The Following expansion (including a new story, new map, and vehicle)

1.49 Update

 
For those who have already obtained Enhanced Edition, there is still some good news coming with the newest patch 1.49. Tolga and Fatin, the eccentric engineer twins, will reward you with their latest invention if you help them of course. To get the blueprint of genius twins join the Tolga and Fatin Event and kill 7 different types of enemies in a certain amount, and add those defeated monsters to the pull of global-bounty 10 million enemies to help the community unlock the king mods.
 
If you want more, you can just go back in time with the new Dieselpunk DLC that includes a Gut Render chainsaw with a bleeding effect, a new outfit, two more extremely brutal weapons, and a new skin for the buggy. See the fantastic atmosphere of Dieselpunk bundle in this trailer.
 
The Dieselpunk bundle contains:

  • Chainsaw — Gut Render (bleeding effect, destroying enemies' armor, high chance for critical damage)

  • SMG — Greaser

  • Saw blade — Flesh Ripper (medium bleeding effect)

  • New Outfit — Punk'd Beret

  • New buggy skin — Rugged Roadster (50% slower fuel usage)

 
Hellraid DLC also gets a final update, bringing a number of tweaks and improvements, including the one and only firearm available in Hellraid - Deathbringer, a reworked armory, new Crystal consumables that offer unique buffs. Discover all-new features of the Hellraid DLC update with this trailer.
 
And finally! A long-awaited update for the Be the Zombie mode will improve your PVP experience thanks to the amazing community of Dying Light. With the help of some really engaged players, we were improving Be the Zombie mode for the last seven years, but now it’s time for the final balance optimization!
