SEATTLE - April 20, 2022 | 8Doors: Arum’s Afterlife Adventure, a mesmerizing Metroidvania-style game being published by NEOWIZ and developed by Rootless Studio, is now available on Nintendo Switch! Available for a limited time 20% off its normal price of $19.99, 8Doors is supported in 8 languages: English, German, Spanish, PT-BR, French, Japanese, Russian, and Korean.
 
A physical copy of 8Doors, in partnership with Red Art Games and VideoGamesPlus, will be available soon and can be pre-ordered HERE (EU) and HERE (ESRB). In the future, there will be PS4/5 and Xbox launches of 8Doors, along with physical editions for PS4/5 courtesy of Red Art Games.    

8Doors is a story-rich adventure game that is based on the Korean myth of “Princess Bari” and follows ‘Arum’ as she ventures deep into the afterlife in search of her father’s soul. Along the way she’ll have to navigate a treacherous path through purgatory which is beautifully presented in just three colors; Red, White and Black. 8Doors features a sprawling map that has 8 distinct regions (one for each “Door of Purgatory”) and a wide range of monsters and bosses that bring Korean folktales to life. Arum can also wield 7 different weapons and utilize a multitude of skills to help her fend off the 36 different types of specters that she’ll encounter on the journey.
