Officials from Vivendi Universal Games have announced the appointment of Philip W. O’Neil as president of North America, effective immediately. O'Neil will oversee the company's North American operations, including marketing, sales, finance and general staff and report to Vivendi CEO, Bruce Hack.
Prior to his promotion O'Neil served as VU Games' EVP, sales and marketing, North America.
