Deus Ex) discuss the shape of the industry's future when the indies and the development giants in the same marketplace.
As
first reported in July, the panel looked at how the industry will evolve when "mammoth productions from heavyweight studios supported by hordes of A-list developers" and "'garage' games developed on shoestring budgets by independent and comparatively unknown developers" compete for attention in the same marketplace.
Says the official description, "leaders and pioneers will meet to share their thoughts on the challenges of diverging markets for video games," adding that "as game developers and business executives from both sides of the 'big versus small' divide, each panelist brings a unique perspective to the discussion."
