Pokemon character on him without permission. Geller further alleges that the Pokemon in question, a psychic villain called Un-geller, is damaging to his image. Nintendo claims it is a coincidence, "None of the
Pokemon characters is given a name based on the image of any particular person," says Nintendo's Hiroshi Imanishi. Geller plans to file the suit in both the United States and Japan.
