The Criterion developed
Burnout Revenge has made an expectedly high entry in the UK sales charts this week, on the back of very positive press reviews. It is one of two new entries in the top ten, with only
The Incredible Hulk dropping off somewhat from its previous week’s position.
The second highest new entry was THQ’s
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War expansion pack, which has performed extremely well for a PC title in the UK - perhaps due to the license originating from a British table-top role-playing game. The only other notable activity in the top ten is the re-appearance of driving game
Juiced, as a result of widespread in-store discounting. Overall, it has been a good week for THQ, with
WWE Day of Reckoning 2 entering at number eleven and the
Dawn of War Gold Edition at number twenty-eight.
Other new entries outside the top ten include Codemasters’ arcade flight sim
Heroes of the Pacific at number thirteen, and Lionhead's
Fable: The Lost Chapters for PC at number thirty-four.
