The slight delay of the publishing of this week’s UK sales charts in no way implies a drastic change in the placings. In fact, this may well be the most immobile top ten ever seen, with the only movement being two sets of games swapping places on the chart. The top four is exactly the same as last week, and there is not a genuine new entry in the whole top forty – just a trio of discounted re-entries. The logic of not releasing any new titles in the UK in the whole of January is still not apparent – especially since there are so many scheduled to collide during February and March.
