Worldwide game publisher THQ Inc. has announced an international sales and distribution agreement with U.S.-only publisher Majesco Entertainment Company. Under the terms of the agreement, THQ will sell and distribute 14 Majesco titles for the current console, handheld and PC platforms over a two year period in all PAL territories, including both Europe and Australasia.
The sales and distribution deal covers titles such as the console and PC platform-action game
Psychonauts, which will now get a European release from THQ, forthcoming movie license
Jaws Unleashed, DS title
Nanostray, marquee movie adaptation
Aeon Flux, and portable versions of both
Age of Empires 2 and
Black & White Creatures, and will likely help Majesco further, following its
recent financial outlook issues that led to the resignation of Majesco's CEO, Carl Yankowski.
