This represents a 329% increase in revenues over the same period last year.

"Our revenues were also enhanced by republishing revenues for products distributed in Europe. For 2002, we expect to see an acceleration of video game hardware system penetration and anticipate that our licensing agreements with DreamWorks, Mattel, DC Comics and Hallmark will provide even more momentum going into what we believe will be a period of significant growth for our industry."
