Following on from the news on Wednesday that PC developer and publisher Strategy First has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, Polish game developer Techland have announced that, from September 18th, Strategy First is no longer entitled to take any part in the distribution of any of Techland’s products, future or current. Strategy First has previously published all of Techland’s titles in North American (but not Europe), including PC first person shooter Chrome. Techland president Pawel Marchewka has indicated that the company has no interest in prolonging any contracts with Strategy First (though it's not completely clear whether Strategy First has legally agreed to this split), and expects to shortly announce a new distribution partner in North America for the company's next title, Xpand Rally.
