Strategy First, the publisher of PC games such as Kohan: Immortal Sovereigns
and Galactic Civilization
, announced today that the company has acquired all of the intellectual property assets of developer Malfador Machinations.
As part of the transaction, Malfador’s president and CEO, Aaron Hall, joined the Strategy First management team to direct the ongoing development of Malfador’s Space Empires franchise, including Space Empires V
, which will be released by Strategy First in June.
