The company said it has already shifted half of its PS2 manufacturing to the Chinese factories of two Taiwanese electronics firms, Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. and Asustek Computer -- Taiwan's largest maker of computer motherboards.
The company said it hadn't decided where the Playstation 3 will be manufactured, which most people believe will launch in 2005.
