Officials from SNK Playmore have confirmed that the company has won its lawsuit against former affiliate Azrure. As an affiliate Azrue had produced a number of pachinko machines featuring SNK characters without the company’s full permission.
The Japanese courts awarded the company the equivalent of $29.2 million in damages as a result.
