Side Effects Software has
announced the release of version 6.1 of its Houdini 3D modeling and animation software.
This update to Houdini adds many new features, including: Brush support for pressure-sensitive tablets, editing of common parameters for multiple operators, a path tool that builds a single curve from multiple path CVs, wire deformation for adjusting a surface with a control curve, and a UV "pelt" for extracting a UV map from a complex model.
