Ron Doornink Elected To Activision's Board

Activision announced that Ron Doornink, the CEO of Activision Publishing and President of the entire company, has been elected to its Board of Directors.

Doornink joined Activision in October 1998 from ConAgra Foods. Activision Publishing is the company's direct operating subsidiary and the holding company of all other active subsidiaries. Doornink also serves as President of the company, under Robert Kotick, the company's Chairman and CEO.
