2K Sports' baseball franchise sequel
The Bigs 2 will debut across a majority of platforms in the United States this week, with a Nintendo DS port planned for release in September.
PC gamers can look forward to a port of
Street Fighter IV and the online premiere of Telltale Games'
Tales of Monkey Island.

Square Enix's long-awaited RPG sequel
Dragon Quest IX: Hoshizora no Mamoribito will debut in Japan this week for the Nintendo DS. The
Dragon Quest series has remained a favorite among gamers in Japan for decades, and this week's release is expected to remain a top seller for weeks to come.
Few other titles are willing to compete with
Dragon Quest IX in its first week of release. 2K Sports'
Major League Baseball 2K9 will attempt to grab a share of the market on multiple platforms, while Sony's GPS title
Maplus: Portable Navi 3 headlines this week's PSP lineup.
