Polhemus has announced the latest 6DOF mocap/digitizing system, the Liberty 240/16, which can be configured with 4, 8, 12, or 16 trackers and offers a tracking rate of 240Hz per tracker, which offers decreased latency and increased accuracy as compared with slower Polhemus trackers.
The Liberty series features both serial and USB connections, offering both legacy support and the faster USB interface for the larger amounts of data the new models can output.
