Officials from Digital Interactive Systems Corporation (DISC) have previewed the company’s new DISCover PC Game Console at COMDEX, in advance of the product’s formal unveiling at the 2004 International Consumer Electronic Show.
The technology, which is intended to be licensed by others in the manner of video recorders and the 3DO console, is designed to play thousands of, but not necessarily all, unmodified PC games.
