Those of you reading Gamasutra this evening may have noticed that we've changed the way that we display news stories on the site, adding 'highlighted stories', and adding a story index that makes it easy to browse stories without having to scroll up and down excessively. The concept for this change is so that it's easier for regular Gamasutra front page readers to easily see the top news stories for the day (as opposed to the previous undifferentiated mass of text-based links available on the front page), and also making it so that it's simpler to see the Gamasutra news index page at a glance and pick out the stories you'd like to read. Of course, we're very open to comments or feedback on this incremental change to the site, which is the first step toward a larger redesign for the site being rolled out over the next few months - please contact us at [email protected] if you'd like to comment in any way.
