After a shaky start 2003 has proven to be a good year for Nintendo, not least in its native Japan. The company is place top of a list of top ten publishers in Japan, orgainsed according to total software units sold.
If the figures from Nintendo and its subsidary label The Pokémon Company are combined, then the company can be seen to be over 3 million units ahead of its nearest rival.
