Officials from Nintendo have announced that they will leave the price tag of the GameCube, Game Boy Advance SP and Enjoy Plus Pack unchanged when new tax-inclusive pricing starts in Japan on April 1st.
By leaving the prices static the hardware will become 5% cheaper in real terms. The GameCube’s price was last lowered last October in Japan, but continued strong sales of the Game Boy Advance has kept its price static almost since its launch.
