Nexon Inc., the U.S. division of major Korean online publisher Nexon Corporation, and the U.S. provider of PC online games
Nexus: The Kingdom of the Winds,
Dark Ages and
Shattered Galaxy, has announced that it has spun off to an independent entity, and has renamed to Kru Interactive, Inc.
Kru, which is headquartered in Santa Clara, CA, and was originally founded in North America in 1997, has announced that it retains all business rights for the PC online games, and at the same time has the autonomy to make business decisions on its own. The company is also intending to launch in-world events in its major online games to commemorate this move. Further information on the company's transition is available on
the official Kru Interactive website.
