NewKidCo has secured a agreement with Dr. Seuss Enterprises L.P. to publish games worldwide based on Dr. Seuss characters thru mid-2005, across all platforms.
The first title, an unspecified game scheduled for release in fall of 2002, will be developed for the Game Boy Advance. Subsequent games will be available across all platforms in 2003. The games, targeted for children ages six and up, will be distributed to major retail accounts throughout North America. Distribution into Europe, New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Rim is planned as well.
