Officials from Namco have announced that the company's group net profit has jumped some 83.3% to ¥7.55 billion ($66.7m), in the fiscal year ended March 31. The growth is being attributed to particularly strong sales of arcade hardware, as well as home console titles. At the same time officials announced plans to celebrate the company’s fiftieth anniversary with the above logo, due to appear on a verity of promotional campaigns and advertisements.
